PanovaAuto — CRM Platform for Car Loans by OTP Bank

Context and challenge

PanovaAuto is a service developed with the support of OTP Bank that allows selling cars on credit through its own listing and application system.

 

The main challenge was to create a flexible system that works equally well for three different types of users.

– Car dealership (listings, applications, managers, branches);

– Individual seller (simplified management of personal listings and applications);

– Regional manager (analytics across all dealerships, notes, application reviews);

 

It was also important to ensure a simple interface while maintaining the full functionality of the CRM.

Solution

I designed a structured admin panel that adapts to the user type after login. The focus was on information accessibility, easy navigation, and intuitive interaction.

 

Key decisions:

– A unified dashboard with key metrics: number of views, applications, and listings.;

– Activity chart by day of the week for visual tracking of trends;

– Icons and interface elements with clear semantics—ensuring users don’t get lost in workflows;

– Left-side menu with quick access to main actions: listings, applications, profile;

– Priority buttons (e.g., “Sell on Credit” with a clear CTA);

– Added the ability for the regional manager to view all dealerships and make notes;

Result

– Developed a user-friendly tool for managing auto loans and listings.
– Created a responsive admin panel tailored to the needs of three different user types.
– The visual design enables quick data comprehension—from views to conversion rates into applications.
– The project received approval from both the business and clients as an effective internal solution.

Mobile version

For the mobile version, I adapted the interface to ensure a smooth and convenient experience on any device.


– The side menu was moved to the bottom, following familiar smartphone navigation patterns;

– All key buttons remain visible, making it easy for users to find what they need;

– The site is equally user-friendly on both phones and tablets.

Summary

This project was a great challenge: it required combining CRM logic, a listings platform, and an interface that works seamlessly for individuals, businesses, and analysts alike.

We successfully maintained a balance between functionality and simplicity, creating a scalable system ready for integrations.

This experience helped me gain a deeper understanding of building admin panels and managing multi-level user roles.
