The project is a medical online directory combining a drug database, pharmacy booking service, medical news, and professional articles for doctors. It has been operating for over 20 years and attracts 2.5\u20133 million users monthly.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The interface had become outdated, with an overloaded and illogical UX that negatively impacted a key KPI \u2014 medication bookings. Most users visited the site and found information but did not proceed to order medicines.<\/p>\n

Additionally, a large portion of the audience consisted of doctors and pharmacists, so the interface needed to be clean, professional, and clear\u2014meeting their high expectations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I conducted an in-depth analysis:<\/p>\n

\u2013 User scenarios (patients, doctors, pharmacists);<\/p>\n

\u2013 Competitors in Ukraine and abroad;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Modern UI solutions in the medical sector;<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Based on this, I developed:<\/p>\n

\u2013 A new navigation logic that minimized the steps needed to place an order;<\/p>\n

\u2013 A reorganized drug card layout\u2014keeping all essential information visible: dosage form, alternatives, instructions, and pharmacy availability;<\/p>\n

\u2013 A clean, sterile design with a distinctly medical visual language: light tones, a sense of airiness, and color accents used only where action is required;<\/p>\n

Visually, I crafted a completely new concept that respects the corporate identity while avoiding the \u201caging\u201d of the visual language.<\/p>\n
