Breezy is a project by the international company ASBIS, aimed at building an ecosystem for buying, selling, and reusing tech devices.
The main task was to develop a universal platform that functions simultaneously as:
– an online store for new and used electronics;
– a trade-in service;
– a system for evaluation and logistics of used devices;
The platform was launched simultaneously in five countries — Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Moldova — with local specifics taken into account.
I created a complete ecosystem that includes:
– Online store interface — for both new and used devices;
– Trade-in calculator — for quick device evaluation and exchange for a new one;
– Evaluation tool — for offline staff to quickly assess device condition upon intake;
– Logistics system for used devices — with transparent tracking of all stages: from intake, technical inspection, and repair to packaging and resale;
– Landing pages for platforms (OLX, Comfy, etc.) tailored to each target audience;
The Breezy project launched a full ecosystem for gadget reuse that:
– optimizes the company’s business processes;
– improves customer convenience;
– enables scaling into new countries and sales channels;
– provides a full cycle: from intake to resale of devices;
Special attention was given to the mobile experience, as most users interact with the platform via smartphones.
I adapted all key modules for the mobile interface:
– online store — easy to shop even from older smartphones;
– Trade-in calculator — simple UI with minimal steps;
– Evaluation tools — designed for mobile use by staff at intake points, even with unstable internet;
Thanks to this, all service features are accessible in a user-friendly format regardless of the device.
This is not just e-commerce. It’s a future-ready service where gadgets don’t end up as waste but get a second life.
Breezy is a complete ecosystem for device reuse: from an online store, trade-in, and evaluation system to warehousing logistics, repair, and adaptation for local markets.
The project covers five countries and dozens of platforms, working equally smoothly on desktop and mobile. It’s a solution that changes the approach to electronics.
